4. Can I return or exchange my order? 🔁

Since most products are made-to-order, we don't accept returns for refund or store credit — but we do offer size exchanges within 7 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

We can't accept exchanges for:

"I thought black would heal me emotionally"

5. What if I ordered the wrong size? 😭

Email us at support@wearpardesi.com within 7 days of delivery to request a size exchange — just make sure the item's unworn, unwashed, and still has its tags. Double-check the size chart before ordering, since many of our fits run intentionally oversized.
