Welcome to Wear Pardesi — where culture meets comfort and your cart somehow gets full way too fast.

By using our website, placing an order, or just aggressively stalking products at 2 AM, you agree to the terms below.

1. General Stuff 👀

By accessing this website, you confirm that:

  • You’re using the site legally

  • You won’t misuse the website

  • You won’t try anything shady, scammy, or hacker-core

Basically:
Don’t break things.
Don’t steal things.
Don’t be weird.

2. Products & Pricing 🛍️

We do our best to display products, colours, and details accurately.

But:

  • Screens can show colours differently

  • Prices may change anytime

  • Products can sell out unexpectedly

  • Sometimes the fashion gods are unpredictable

We reserve the right to:

  • Update prices

  • Remove products

  • Cancel suspicious orders

  • Fix accidental pricing mistakes

(Yes, even if the hoodie accidentally showed ₹99 😭)

3. Orders & Payments 💳

Once you place an order:

  • You’ll receive an order confirmation email

  • Payment must be completed before processing

  • Orders may take a few business days to process because many items are made-to-order

If something looks suspicious, we may cancel or verify the order for security reasons.

No offence. The internet is wild.

4. Shipping 🚚

We ship across India and selected international locations.

Shipping times may vary depending on:

  • Your location

  • Courier delays

  • Weather

  • Holidays

  • Mercury being in retrograde

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information via email.

5. Returns & Refunds 🔁

Most Wear Pardesi products are made-to-order, however we do accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size selection

  • Change of mind

  • “My friend said another colour looked better”

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll help sort it out.

6. Intellectual Property 🎨

All designs, logos, graphics, content, and branding on this site belong to Wear Pardesi.

Please don’t:

  • Copy designs

  • Re-upload content

  • Resell our artwork

  • Pretend you made it in Canva at 3 AM

That would be deeply uncool.

7. Website Use 🌐

You agree not to:

  • Spam the website

  • Attempt hacking or fraud

  • Upload malicious content

  • Interfere with the store’s functionality

Violating this may result in restricted access or legal action.

(Again… don’t be weird.)

8. Limitation of Liability 🤝

Wear Pardesi is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Incorrect addresses entered by customers

  • Temporary website downtime

  • Minor colour variations between screens and physical products

We’ll always try our best to help if issues happen.

We may update these Terms occasionally as the brand grows and evolves.

If we make changes, they’ll be posted here.
