If the size isn't quite right, we're here to help.
🔄 Size Exchanges
Need a different size? No worries. We accept size exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is:
✅ Unworn ✅ Unwashed ✅ In its original condition ✅ With all tags and packaging intact
To request an exchange, email us at support@wearpardesi.com with your order number and reason for exchange.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
❌ Not Eligible for Exchange
Because every Wear Pardesi piece is made-to-order, we cannot accept:
🚫 Products that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
🚫 Items returned without original tags or packaging
🚫 Requests made after 7 days of delivery
🚫 Returns for refund or store credit — we currently offer size exchanges only
🤝 If We Messed Up
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 7 days at support@wearpardesi.com with your order number, clear photos/videos, and a quick explanation. If approved, we'll make it right with a replacement or exchange.
